Planning Board presents development proposal

At the November 17th 2020 meeting of the Planning Board developer Larry Smith and his attorney made a preliminary presentation about a proposed 50 unit Senior Housing development at 133 Essex Street. They shared a concept plan of the development. This was not a formal presentation or hearing they just wanted to make the Planning Board aware of what was coming and get any early feedback, comments, or questions. The Developer indicated he would be back in about 3 months to formally present their project.
