The Trailblazers for Chebacco Conservation on November 6th, 2021 was a great success by any measure.

 

Thank you to the 160 or so supporters who showed up on bike, in running shoes as well as the hikers ready to enjoy the woods that we are working to preserve for all future generations. The woods, the trails, the watershed, the animal habitat, the home to remarkable and unique flora and fauna all are in jeopardy and on this day, were celebrated, recognized and experienced what we hope to save from development! The smiles and joy of children on hay rides and creating crafts from nature, the excitement of winning a great raffle prize from our local sponsors along with the music and hot cider  were all enjoyed heartily, making for a joyful  day.  Thank you to all participants for your full engagement while celebrating. We raised over $7000 towards the necessary professional costs towards our ultimate goal: to SAVE Chebacco Trails and Watershed!
